From my first consultation with Mr Will I knew he was the right consultant for me,I already had breast implants in but i needed them changing and a bit of fixing,when myself and Dr Will sat and spoke about the work I needed doing he listened to what I wanted and respected me as a person not just a sale,he gave me the best possible advice on what was possible on what we could do,he's a very professional consultant and after we both agreed on the implant sizing he still told me to go and think about it but I didn't need to I knew I wanted Dr Will to do my operation,Dr Will is just brilliant,his sense of humour is on another level,he cares about his patients and really listens to his patients on what they want,he doesn't try to sell it to you its your choice but after just 1 consultation with him you won't want to go to another consultant,this man his worth his weight in gold.Its been 5 weeks now since my operation and the after care I have received from Dr Will and his team has been amazing,right from the first consultation up until now ive not got anything but good to say about my whole experience,the hospital and the staff where fantastic they really are so all i can say really is a big massive thank you to Dr Will and his team for everything they have done for me and another massive thank you for the confidence you have given me Dr Will you really are a diamond

I lost alot of weight and was left with saggy skin so i had a tummy tuck, Liposuction, breast implant and uplift as 1 surgery. As far as surgeons go I reckon i had the best 1. Mr Holmes went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Having had a bad experience elsewhere I was anxious to try a different surgeon. Could not recommend him enough, he's changed my life completely.

Following significant weight loss I underwent a brachioplasty (upper arm reduction) 12 weeks ago. I can honestly say that I have had optimum treatment throughout the pathway. From initial enquiry, consultation, surgery to follow up, everyone has had my welfare and reassurance at the heart of everything they do. Mr Holmes was very detailed in his explanation of the procedure and answered any queries. One thing did surprise me though, how little pain I had and the range of movement I had immediately afterwards despite the constriction vest (which is absolutely necessary to protect the wound and limit the scaring). At 12 weeks post op I am delighted with the result and would recommend it to anyone where appropriate.

The whole team at the spire and mr Holmes are absolutely fabulous, all very friendly and professional. I had a lower face facelift and Mr Holmes has done a great job

I had such bad anxiety coming to see Mr Holmes as I had a bad experience beforehand. And I was made to feel so comfortable. He listened to everything I said I wanted and he did just that. He explained everything in simpler terms for me not the doctor talk. Could not thank him enough I now have confidence in myself. I'm so happy with the results from my surgery.
